Our work is exclusively advisory: we do not produce content, manage accounts or run campaigns on behalf of clients. We work remotely with clients internationally, through one-off consulting sessions or monthly advisory retainers. Every engagement starts with a discovery call and a written proposal with scope, timeline and price. Services are invoiced in USD and paid by bank transfer or card.
We only collect the information clients send us directly (name, email, company details and messages) and use it to reply to enquiries, deliver our services and issue invoices. We do not sell personal information. To access, correct or delete your data, email ahmedok205@gmail.com.
Services, deliverables, timelines and prices are defined in a written proposal for each client. Monthly retainers are invoiced in advance and consulting sessions are paid before they take place. Any reports or strategy documents prepared for a client belong to that client once paid in full. Our services are exclusively advisory, and we do not guarantee specific sales, audience or advertising results. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA.
Monthly retainers can be cancelled with 30 days' notice by email. Work already performed is non-refundable. If work on a paid service has not started, a full refund can be requested within 14 days of payment.
